Raw » Result » Rock’s Celebration,2.18.2013

We take a look at still photos from last night’s Elimination Chamber and the Road To Wrestlemania continues as we are 49 days away from the showcase of the immortals. We kick Raw off with John Cena coming out to the ring and Cena says it was a year ago that the location of Wrestlemania 29 was announced and for 10
months the sign was just words and two cities and after last night Wrestlemania is taking shape as two matches are announced. Two matches have been set as Alberto Del Rio defends the World Championship and on April 7th, John Cena tries again to regain the WWE Championship when he faces The Rock. CM Punk and Paul Heyman then come out. Punk asks if Cena’s sure that he’s facing Rock at Wrestlemania because that’s the easy way out but he wouldn’t expect anything less than that from Rock. Punk says Rock beat him fair and square last night and beat Cena fair and square last year but if they’re talking about wins and losses, Cena’s never beaten Punk. Cena said he’s talking about Wrestlemania, he won the Royal Rumble and earned the right to face The Rock and for once this is not about CM Punk. Punk says it IS about him he took on all comers and bested them all. He says Cena entered the Rumble and threw 29 other stars over the top rope that’s a lucky match and calls Rock-Cena a re-run he’s already seen and knows how it ends. Punk says he wants Cena to walk away. Cena backs up towards the ropes and looks as if he’s about to leave but says No. He gives Punk credit for his honesty and beyond the BS there’s a halfway human being inside of Punk and he’s intelligent enough to know Cena’s not going to just hand away his golden ticket to Wrestlemania. And to Cena Punk is just another critic he would like to shut up. He knows Punk wants to go to the main event at Wrestlemania and says he won’t give  Punk a golden ticket, but he’ll let Punk earn it. A match John Cena vs CM Punk. If Cena wins, Punk goes away and crawls back under the rock he came from and if Punk wins, Cena doesn’t deserve to go to Wrestlemania. Punk does. Punk then says Cena just made the stupidest decision of his life and is going to take him up on it. But he’s going to do it on his terms. Considering he got screwed again last night and shouldn’t even be in this position. They’ll do this next week.
