Sciences (AWAS), ranks the Top 25 Superstars in WWE each week with Power
Rankings. The rankings are based on victories, quality of opponents,
momentum and overall in-ring dominance, as well as intangibles. Be sure
to check back every Sunday for the latest Power Rankings. Here are the
rankings for March 3.

RankSin Cara
The International Sensation returns to the Power
Rankings after recovering from a tough loss to Mark Henry on Raw by
defeating Heath Slater on “WWE Superstars.”
24
RankLayla
Layla holds the line at 24 this week due to
in-ring inactivity, but the WWE Universe knows they haven’t heard the
last of the British bombshell.
23
Rank
R-Truth
What’s up? How about R-Truth, who returned to the squared circle this week to collect a hard-fought victory against Cody Rhodes on Raw.
22
RankKofi Kingston
Kofi Kingston bounces back in a big way
following the Ghanaian grappler’s victorious effort against David Otunga
on “WWE Superstars.”
21
RankCody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes may be currying the favor of Kaitlyn
thanks to his “love ’stache,” but the mustachioed competitor still
struggled in losing efforts against R-Truth on Raw and Sheamus on WWE
Main Event.
The WWE Champion holds strong and steady in the top
spot on this week’s rankings, as his WrestleMania opponent has finally
been revealed. It will be The Great One going one-on-one with the
Cenation leader in what will undoubtedly be an historic showdown on The
Grandest Stage of Them All.
A WWE Main Event victory over old foe Cody Rhodes
elevates Sheamus into the 4-spot this week on the rankings. Add in a
little trickery Monday night on Raw that directly led to Seth Rollins
eating an RKO from Randy Orton and some not-so-good-natured ribbing at
the expense of Wade Barrett (and his acting chops), and The Celtic
Warrior had a pretty good
A SmackDown victory over Damien Sandow isn’t enough
to keep World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio from slipping a spot
this week on the rankings. The Mexican Superstar had a great week and
he certainly isn’t to blame for the slight fall — it’s just that our No.
2 Superstar simply had a better week.

It may have been an unquestioned instant classic
match Monday on Raw, but CM Punk failed to emerge victorious against
John Cena with the opportunity to face WWE Champion The Rock at
WrestleMania on the line. Punk’s lose drops The Straight Edge Superstar
down a couple spots, but he remains in the top 2 because of the valiant
effort he put
An epic victory over CM Punk on Monday night
catapults the Cenation leader into the No. 1 spot this week, as John
Cena is headed to a WrestleMania showdown against WWE Champion The Rock
with everything on the line! Cena pulled out all the stops to find a way
to triumph over Punk finally, leaving only The Great One in his way on
his
20
RankDamien Sandow
Damien Sandow may need someone to save his
momentum after The Intellectual Savior of the Masses came up short
against Alberto Del Rio on SmackDown.
19
Rank
Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho did not illuminate the WWE
Universe with his signature jacket this week, but Y2J did make waves as
his new show, “Robot Combat League,” had a successful debut on Syfy.
18
RankWade Barrett
While the reigning Intercontinental Champion may
take great pride for his acting debut in “Dead Man Down,” Wade Barrett
presumably didn’t want to hear Sheamus’ scathing review on Raw.
17
RankThe Shield
The Shield found themselves caught off-guard on
two occasions as Randy Orton and Sheamus got the best of the shadowy
Superstars on Raw and SmackDown.
16
RankThe Miz
The Awesome One looked anything but in two tough
losses against Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro on Raw and SmackDown,
respectively.
15
RankTensai & Brodus Clay
Tensai & Brodus Clay continued to shake
things up in WWE’s tag team ranks as the oversized duo defeated Primo
& Epico on “WWE Superstars.”
14
RankDolph Ziggler
Hopefully, Dolph Ziggler has no new bruises to show off after Mr. Money in the Bank was mauled by Ryback on Raw.
13
RankMark Henry
The World’s Strongest Man inducted two unwilling
Superstars into the “Hall of Pain” this week, crushing The Great Khali
on Raw and Justin Gabriel on WWE Main Event.
12
RankAntonio Cesaro
Although he stumbled against Randy Orton on Raw,
Antonio Cesaro reminded the WWE Universe of his U.S. Championship
credentials with a big win in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match against The Miz
on SmackDown.
11
RankKaitlyn
Kaitlyn did not get called into competitive duty
this week, but that didn’t stop the reigning Divas Champion from
focusing her attention on Cody Rhodes and his “love ’stache” during WWE
Main Event.
10
RankRandy Orton
The Viper slithers back into the top 10 this week after finally getting the best of The Shield Monday on Raw.
9
RankTeam Hell No
It was a weird week for the WWE Tag Team
Champions. Strange stipulations worked both for and against the pair,
splitting their matches against The Prime Time Players.
8
RankJack Swagger
The No. 1 contender to the World Title jumps up two spots this week after scoring an impressive win over The Miz Monday night.
7
RankRyback
A monstrous win against Dolph Ziggler on Raw keeps Ryback’s feet firmly planted in the top 10 this week.
6
RankBig Show
A No Contest on SmackDown keeps The World’s Largest Athlete holding strong in the No. 6 spot on the rankings.
